The front of both soles had holes in at the point of contact with the upper part of the shoe. This can never be described as grade 1. Also had glue and sticky product on the rear, leather was scuffed in several places so no point in saying highly polished. No polishing will recover. Overall really poor and not worth the money at all.
Very disappointed with my order, the product itself wasn’t much of an issue, but my parcel arrived 10 days late. I then received the item in a packaging with holes making the shoe poke out and scuffing the end. I am very disappointed as I expect due the the purpose of these shoe that they would be wrapped appropriately.
Well what can I say? I ordered a pair of “used parade shoes, easier to wear immediately and polish up quicker.

RM messed up the delivery to London and returned it to the sender; I was in Norwich whilst it was still being returned. I collected another pair directly from them by just checking emails and accounts.
The shoes are great and buff up brilliantly.
I also gave the shop details to the cadet unit in London; we just don't get this service in London, and I was getting my shoes from them over 20 years ago.
