Terrific lightweight shoe, uppers are made from black leather, lined with Gore-tex membrane.

The sole is supportive thanks to carbon fibre midsole and generous PU cushioning, has excellent torsional stability.

The ultimate footwear.

I am now on my second pair of MEINDL Python GTX in five or six years, and all I can say is these are the ultimate in duty footwear; I have used for eight and twelve-hour shifts on foot patrol around two of the facilties that I have worked at in the past, and I have used them to drive when I have been the designated driver on specific shifts.
Yes, I have other footwear, Merrill and Danner, and in all honesty, I can't wait to get back into my Python's when you don't need safety boots or shoes.
