The website offered the sleeping bag liner with out size. The British army sleep system comes in two sizes med and large. So the order was sent out as a med which will not fit and is too small for me. After returning it at my own cost days went by with no contact and I phoned in the end. The return said to put the original receipt in which I did also writing my details on the return address. The person I spoke to didn’t seem to have any idea about the size difference but said they would try to sort it out. More days went by and I received a phone call to say was either the person who had returned the sleeping bag and they were trying to source an inner liner of a large size.
I do think that there should be a size choice placed on the website and that there should be a better returns policy.
I am still waiting for the liner to be returned to me and at no point has anybody offered me an apology or to pay the return postage that I had to make. I have to say this has left me disappointed.
I'm ex-military and wanted some decent socks for my outdoor lifestyle. The socks are well made and seem to be fit for purpose, The only disappointing bit is the fit. I took 6-11 to mean that they will fit any size in the range of 6 to 11. In reality they are very wide and extremely long from toe to heel on my size 9 feet. I am still using them but hopeful that my wife will shrink them in the wash along with everything else that I put in the laundry basket.
Wrong colour and wanted me to pay for shipping back instead of sorting there own fu*k up out.
The knife is an excellent product, happy with it. Would order again.
