The Henley - is a sweater traditionally made with a placket beneath the round neckline, with button fastening.
They were so named because this particular style of sweater was the traditional uniform of rowers in the English town of Henley-on-Thames. Which is the location of the Henley Royal Regatta the world’s most famous event dedicated to rowing.
