Standard issue kit by the War Office to Royal Navy personal in both World Wars, the jumper was later taken up by 1950’s motorcyclists and worn under their leathers as a means of keeping warm. 

The Classic look is back, a warm roll neck jumper, 100% wool, and very warm, and comfortable. It needs care cool wash and gentle drying, if not it will fit action man!!

Just what I wanted. Been missing it since the sixties when I wore my dad's submarine jersey through the coldest Scotch winters. Now in France but ancient so feel the cold more keenly. would get five stars but Brexit scuppered that with import duties now payable.

The Submariner's Jumper !

I recently purchased a Becketts "Submariner's Jumper" online and am very pleased indeed with the overall quality of the item. It is made of a fairly thick and heavy wool yarn and will no doubt provide many years of extremely comfortable and warming wear.

On a more personal note, it has that ever so slightly "woolly" scent, which reminds me of childhood and of quality. I'll likely be looking to purchase another soon enough.

Arctic socks

Thanks for the personal thank you note , nice touch that . Socks are great , really comfy and warm. I work nights in the railway industry, and these socks are a good send in the conditions we work in .

They sent me the WRONG KNIFE!

I ordered the George Wostenholm knife, but the sent me a Joseph Rodgers, similar but not the one I ordered and I paid for.
Also, the JR seems to be a cheaper model (plastic scales).
Wrote to the customer service, no answers for now
