The Meindl Guffert GTX Extra Wide Hiking Boots are top end, premium hiking boots designed for people who like or need that little extra width in their walking boots. . The foot bed is made from natural cork which is lightweight, insulating & extremely comfortable, especially when it's layered with fleece .

In addition to the ultra comfortable footbed Meindl use their MFS (memory foam sole) system which uses a clever system of compression and expansion to pull moist air from the boots whilst injecting cool air. The MFS system also moulds to the shape of your ankles giving you a tailored boots after a few hours of walking.

That's the comfort side taken care of now onto the performance of these walking boots. Meindl have teamed up with Gore-Tex to make the Guffert boots totally waterproof and breathable so that whether the weather is warm, wet or both your feet stay comfortably dry.
