I have been using this model of the Opinel carbon blade knife as my kitchen knife, for many years and for me, it’s still the best. The blade is keen and can be easily kept that way with the occasional sharpening. Whatever food I’m preparing in the kitchen, this knife peels, trims and chops large and small veg effortlessly. Then rinsed,dried and folded,it is safe to store in the smallest space. Ready for use again tomorrow.
